    Hi
    I have been trying to get my rewards for a long time but when the video stops the reward button doesnt show up and when i close the box i lose 1 chance .. i turned off my adblock too but it still does the same thing .. it usually happens with scotia bank and snack time ads..

    Use Google Chrome, If that doesn't work then refresh and watch the video over again, If this doesn't work then sorry :/

    Hi there,

    Apologies for the unacceptable delay of a moderator response in this thread.

    Unfortunately this game feature is mainly run through outside vendors meaning any issues that you experience will most likely be down to issues on their side, and this is something we have very limited control over.

    Can i ask if you are still experiencing the issues you reported?
