    So i contacted support because i purchased an aegis ship and i also purchased the aegis elite skin.

    Designs won't work if you don't have the actual ship. Got to have the ship to put designs on it

    Those are the designs...not the ship itself.

    I highly doubt this, but I think if you tell support that you brought the designs by mistake, they could exchange those designs for the ship. But I HIGHLY doubt this.

    (I used this method when I accidentally brought a leo while I was bidding on lf3. Support exchanged the leo for the 15k uri I used)

    Thank you all very much for assisting this player with their question.

    As you are correct, those are both designs and will not work with out the standard Aegis ship.

    You can contact support and explain to them that you thought you were buying the ship when in actuality you only got the design. See if they might exchange the designs for uridium so that you can work toward purchasing the ship in-game. As I am pretty sure they are not going to swap the 2 designs for the ship for you. But it never hurts to ask.

    I would however direct you to look at the in game auctions, as many things are available there for in-game credits.
