Allocation Trouble

I have two hangars. My first hangar is my Aegis and the second is my Vengeance. I was going to allocate my Vengeance so I went onto my second hangar and allocated a Goliath. I then notice that my AEGIS was allocated instead of my Vengeance, and I had selected Hangar 2! I lost my Aegis from a game bug and I would kindly request it back.. Should I contact Support? Any advice from a moderator would be greatly appreciated.

Only support can help you with "bugs" and mistakes in the game. a forum admin is not capable of doing that.

 

As far as i know you will be getting back your Aegis from Supports help. I was also almost in same kind of situation before.

 

Yet I know a player in my clan that mistakenly allocated a ship over his spearhead that he bought for uridium and they simply refused to help. Well, now he has got it back from credits. Way to keep your customers happy support
