AMD problem

    Hello Space Pilots,

    During the last weeks, we got some reports from players about the following problem: After the login to our game page (where you find the hangar, the shop etc.) you need to click on „Start“ to enter the Space Map. Some players are experiencing that their game shuts down immediately after clicking start.

    If you are having this problem, there might be an issue with your AMD driver. In this case, please contact AMD directly to get a help from AMD support.

    Please understand that we cannot provide support for all possible hardware specifications and therefore, we need to ask you to contact the AMD provider directly.
