Another stupid game problem

Your ship doesn't have any laser cannons. That's why you can't attack.

My ship has full lf4s also on drones & PET has all 10 lasers on ship .. on both configs. This has now happened twice.

So, what exactly is flipping going on in this game

 

Thank you for taking the time to contact us here in forums. I would start by asking the following questions as a possibility for your issue.

1. Do you have Multiple Hangers?
2. Have you recently ship warped?
3. Could it be possible, If you used a ship warp and the ship did not have lasers installed?

Please let me know and we will investigate the matter further.

I have noticed same problem today although it seems to be just a notification glitch as lasers are still being fired.

1. Yes.
2. Yes.
3. No.

 

I was using a vengeance with lightning design & this is loaded with all shields & lf4s.

Every time I use ship warp, I always log out first, change hangar to the vengeance one & log back in.

I have never had this problem before, til now.

I am a very old experienced player, so I am aware of exactly what to do!!

This is some glitch as neither my PET nor my ship was able to fire, despite the fact that they were fully loaded.

 

it's just a notification glitch btw it may be related with a changing config delay? it happened to me as well and i have all lasers in my ship too

 

It's happening to me as well, and I guarantee my ship is loaded and nothing to do with warps cos I'm sat in a gate.

It is not a notification glitch.

At times, lasers do fire when this notice comes up.

However, at other times the notice comes up & nothing happens!!

 

I seen the (you have no laser's on ship) all through this afternoons ICEY event, didn't do anything to my game play at all, just a bit annoying.

 

I have only had this happen as I kill a cube and switch configs to fly away. I never paid it any mind as the cube is already dead. I have switched configs while the cube was still alive, and I did not get the message.
Only when the cube died did the message pop up, and my pet was firing on random prots still, as it always does in guard mode, and hitting them too. I wasn't locked on anything, so I think it's a pet issue ?
**EDIT** Bones, I Just read your post about the Icy's, I think the issue is related to any alien that has a circle of other aliens that shoot you..IE cubes, Icy's, Battleray etc.....I've only shot a cube since this, so I'm just guessing.

 

I've been seeing it while shooting npcs in 2-8 yesterday. There was more than one on screen much of the time but I was definitely shooting lasers, just getting that annoying message repeatedly
