Armory upgrades gone, but no compensation received

I had 4 GEMINEX AC, 4 GEMINEX ACC and 11 GEMINEX AC+ armory upgrade extras.
This is equivalent to 280000 uridium; at worst, these extras could be sold for 700000 credits.
Yet I still got nothing in return. Can I still hope for the compensation? Because there is no way to prove how many (and which) armory upgrade extras I had.

Try relogging completely out of the back page then relogging back in, should give you it then, When you do relog check your logbooks for a message about a bonus being given for compensation.

 

I actually completely relog from the backpage on a regular/daily basis. By that, I mean logging off from Darkorbit game via 'Logout' button in the upper right portion of the screen and shutting down my computer. The next day I power up my PC, start the web browser and go to www.darkorbit.com to enter my username/password and access backpage again.
Only on rare occasions I leave my PC running for 2 or more days, being logged into DO all that time.

That is what I meant, have you done it in the last hour or so? That's what I had to do to get my compensation so that's why I suggested it.
Apart from that my only other suggestion would be to drop a email to support and have them look into it. Hope you can get it fixed soon.

When I logged in today, there were "holes" in my equipment (as it is tightly packed). After starting gamepage, it became clear what happened upon seeing speed indicator where the ammo bars were previously. Then I headed here and saw some people got free spins and log disks.
Now I did full relog again and found this message:

But is there a way to find exactly what I got booked? From memory, it's 10 booty keys, 300 free spins and about 30 log disks, but I'm unsure... Would be nice to know exact compensation.

Go to the uri page click balance. You will see pretty much the same thing has in your logbook. But this has numbers.

Whatever it is it was not anything logged in the balance.

 

Well, there's nothing unusual in the balance. I checked today and yesterday but nothing extraordinary.
I remember getting 50 free spins as a compensation some time ago, and logbook then said: "System: Extra energy for galaxy gates received (50)". Now the logbook has a single entry so it all comes down to my memory and guessing for what I got. :-/
