Auction Bots and Lag

The players who bot the auctions are still at it. This morning at 6am EST on US East 2, was bidding on one item with 30 secs left. Had just gotten in. No lag to that point then my next click lagged then suddenly all the empty and low bid items were bid on by the same two players. Lag diminished after the new auction hour ended.

It's obvious that the bid botting is still going on and I would send this to support except I'm used to be being fluffed off. Been playing this game a long time. Tired of the cheating..not worth spending money here when others shoplift everything.

When is something going to be done about the auction/bid bots? Should be relatively simple to determine when someone is bidding on multiple items simulataneously. You do have a database with transaction timestamps, don't you?
I noticed the bots kicked in right around the time the lag started in earnest. I think the two might possibly be connected.

admins... are you serious... i mean do you really believe that clans are paying billions of credits to one basic space pilot that has only played a day or two?.... ima have to say it but, not even the top clans have those quantities... i belong to the clan in second position all over global america 1.... we do not posses 1/10000 part of what "those paying clans have".... its STUPID to think that clans are paying billions of credits to space ships that have nothing... no member posses a quantity of credits such as:
160,000,000,000... its RIDICULOUS HOW ADMINS AND SUPPORT THINK THIS IS TRUE... its impossible... I mean we can maybe get that quantity but never pay to a basic space pilot... NEVER... why? because its useless on a spaceship like that....

seriously there has been people as basic space pilots bidding billions of credits 60 billions to a ship and at the same time bidding 80 billions and many more credits to other stuff.... IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT BP IS TOLERATING THIS CRAP..... UNACCEPTABLE!
