auction bug

    their seems to be a bug on the weekly auction, the auction this week has ended yet its still showing previous winners and the timer keeps resetting itself as u can see in this pic *winner on lightning is wrong 2 aka i didnt win lol* this is gb1 server

    When the weekly timer was being fixed - the auction was reset. And those who had the best offer at that time have lost their credits.

    I tried to bid the last few seconds for Sentinel(23:59) but the page froze and it put my bid to the next auction, it's not a big problem. BUT the next auction came with a timer bug, the next day the timer was fixed and the auction was RESET. I didn't get my credits back. Now the biggest offer for Sentinel is far smaller than my bid.
    I check my credit/uri balance and i see this :
    • 03.03. 00:00 Bid submitted - 1,651,151,111 C. Though i have won the design but i didn't had it. I want to know, is Bigpoint aware about this ? Will I/we get our credits back? I send a message to my country's Support and they said that the bug will be fixed soon.. i don't care about the bug, i want my 1,651,151,111 credits back. The weekly auction HISTORY says that I've won the sentinel but i don't have it. ID: 50431461 - Global Europe 4

    Unfortunately you will have to continue to deal with the support team that you originally contacted as we in forums cannot offer you your credits back as you have been advised that the issue is being looked into.

    I would also ask in the future please make your own thread rather than hijacking anothers.
