Auction bug?

I bought 6 items from auction today at 12:00 and got 1 but not the last 5 items, in the auction i bought ( rep bot 4 - CPU 3 - Leonov - Rocket turbo - Auto rocket CPU - Armory upgrade 3 ).

The item i got was CPU 3 but i still have a Liberator, and none of the other items appeared in my inventory. My question is, is this a rare problem or quite frequent and how do i fix it?

 

Are you sure you bought those items? Or maybe you've just misread it and thought it was the buy button but it really was bid?

 

Yea i have printscreened all history and it says i won the 6 auctions yet i only get rewarded 1 item.

 

yes same has happened to me, support has said they r looking into the matter

 

oh you had contacted support? great that they are looking into the matter course doing this on my noob account wasent that bad only lost 5mil, bidding on venom 1bil would be loss for my main account...

 

yeah, in auction history it shows I have won the items, but I have not received any confirmation message regarding other items I won and only 1 item is available in my hangar for which I got the confirmation message, other items r not in my hangar.

 

You need to contact support on this matter.

Thank you all for assisting with this thread.

Please check whether your credits were refunded or not for the lost bid and always check auctions history to make sure what was the winning auction amount for a particular item and also check log book to make sure whether you had won particular item or not. Always click on uridium page and check balance option as it shows the amount of credits refunded.
You can Contact Support if you feel your credits were not refunded.
