    I keep winning bids but i dont receive the items i win . Happens on Global europe server.

    Check auctions history. Also check log book in order to confirm whether you did win the particular items you bid on from auctions.

    You can Contact Support if you feel your winning items from auctions were not booked into your account with log history, user id and server.
