    I put my money on the shield SG3N-BO2, but they put on MCB-50 ammo. Is it possible to get my money back?

    p.s sorry if i'm writing in a wrong section.

    You'll get you credits back automatically by default, happened to me a while back and I just got credits back by default.

    Just log out, clear your cache and login again and see if the LF3 appears in inventory, if not have a look in your messages to see if you actually received the win, after this contact support.
     
  5. No, the problem is: I tried to put my 15.000.000 credits on shield. But they placed on laser ammo, not LF-3. And then i won that ammo, MCB-50 for 15.000.000, is it possible to get my money back?

    When it happened to me my bid went from B02 onto the MCB-50 also, but I didn't win the ammo, I just got my credits back without having to report it to support. Seeing as you actually won the MCB-50 your best bet would be to contact support with your concerns. I'm not even sure they will do anything but it's worth a try.

    You're quoting the wrong player, you should be quoting Rick_Grimes, my problem sorted itself by default, I highly doubt I was outbid by 15million credits for MCB_50 ammo, since 2009 I have never seen anybody bid over 5 million credits for MCB_50 ammo, ever. It's a glitch which I think they know about and have a default fix for it, but that is my opinion.
