Auction Help

I'm on gb2 server and i recently bid on 17/04/2014 at 23:59 for an Lf3, I never got an email saying i won it or lost it. but the new hour auction is there and someone else is winning the Lf3. if i bid too late i should have got my credits back, if i lost the bid i should have got my credits back, if i won it i should have an Lf3. But i have nothing, No lf3, No credits returned. What happenned??? Someone help me with this.

• 18.04. 00:04 5+day login bonus received + 200 U.
• 17.04. 23:59 Bid submitted - 16,000,000 C.

That's to show i didn't get a refund

 

Send your info into support with your id # and they should sort you out a refund. This seems to be happening quite often. Hopefully it's on their list of things to sort out.

Thank you whoeva for assisting with this thread.

Sometimes you bid a random amount last few seconds and most of the time it gets transferred to next auction and if you are sure your bid was submitted before the end of auction then please check whether your credits were refunded or not for the lost bid and always check auctions history to make sure what was the winning auction amount for a particular item.

You can Contact Support if you feel your credits were not refunded.
