auction items not recieved

    i bought 2 design in the 2014-07-11 10:00:00 auction and can not find them in my hangar

    its an auction you don't buy them you bid for them if you get out bidded by someone with more credits you don't get the item

    the messages i received says my bid won. the history of the auction also confirms my bid won. if i had the winning bid does that not mean i bought them?

    Do you have the ship that the designs are for equipped? The designs will not show up unless you own the ship.

    Yes , like this guy said ;

    You should have that SHIP to use that design. Example ; If you bought ''Corsair'' you need ''Vengeance'' ship on your hangar.

    You can access to your designs on your Hangar > Equipments.
