Auction Lag Still for Months Now.

    Just finished using the auction. Bid on 8 items. Waited 10 minutes after auction ended and still never received an e-mail telling me what I won or was outbid on. Been doing this for months. Been told support working on a fix. That was Christmas. Sunday is Easter. Must I wait till This Christmas for a fix or should I just stop using the auction and just realize I will be denied another aspect of the game since no fix is on the way? Others over the months just stopped using the auction and chalked it up to another non-fixable issue. Cannot ask support about the progress because I was told to stop asking about it. Now that is what I call customer service at it's highest !!!. Really DO must I be insulted by support because I ask when I problem going on 4 months is still an issue??

    Support does not like to be pressured or rushed. Like kids that way... :rolleyes:

    With that said, you can check to see if you got the things yourself by checking your hanger, the uri balance log, and the auction history. Double check that when you bid on an item, it actually takes, just saying. I have thought I bid on items in the past couple days and found that it never actually set the bid, just cleared out. Not sure why. If you won a bid, you will see the results quickly in your hanger. If you watch your credit balance, you can tell if you lost. Another thing to check is that you have confirmations checked on the auction page. If it is cleared out, you may never get a message about winning or losing. ;)

    thank you. but support replied to stop asking about it that they know there is a problem and stop being a pest. Really?? I am the customer right?? You take my money and your product does not work and I am the pest?? Really??

    Dont worry, also the timer of the Auction is wrong since many months and isnt fixed till the day of today.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::oops:

    Personnaly, I would not worry about the auction timer. With it being off set, you can possibly get a last minute bid in for daily and weekly bids without the ads cutting in and you being forced to the home screen
