Auction Problem

I bid so much on Auction and all my credits disappeared. What is going on ?

Is there any chance that you could provide your User ID, and any credit balance logs that show the auctions bids that you placed which you have not been refunded for?

Like nothing is there man, i tried looking everywhere my credits literally disappeared.

Are you able to provide me with your User ID so i can get somebody to check this for you. Your User ID is the long number in the top left of your back page. Without your User ID then there is very little we can do to help you.

You can post your User ID here and from there we are able to look at your account for you. If you don't want to post your User ID or don't feel safe/secure posting your User ID then you would need to contact support.
