Auction win????

    Hey,
    wondering if its just my luck or if this has happend to anybody else,
    bid on an aegis in the 24hr auction, received the won item message,**but no ship availible.........nothing there,no message of deletion,incase i had done that by accident,i got 0 from auction to place in the waiting hanger.
    now,i'm minus alot of credits and a little miffed off.
    any help or suggestions would be helpfull.

    U must sent a mail to support describing your problem, only they can help you in that case. If all that you say is true they will probably give your ship that you've won fairly at auction :)

    I had the same problem but with Iris, I've decided to email the support with a ticket and then I got nothing back.

    Btw. Are you sure you don't see the ship in the hangar ship selection?

    If nothing works and you have the evidence that you have won it, then you should be alright, I had and I wasn't. Good Luck with mailing the support. :)

    Hi Wee_Stoo~1888,

    If your bid was successful then the ship should appear in your hangar (as shown in the picture provided by Napsie).

    If the ship does not appear there then i would advise you contact support to investigate into this auction issue for you.
