Auction won: Citadel Veteran

I won a citadel veteran at aution 60000000mil credits and it has not appeared in my hanger I have a goliath battlecruiser If i cant use the ship whats the point of being able to bid on it I have just lost 60000000 credits

The veteran is just a design, you need to real citadel first.

 

Why does it not tell you that And will i still have it if i get a Citadel or is it just a con. why don't i get my credits back if i cant use the ship.

To be fair it does tell you that it's a design, you have a goli, you should really know that designs are just skins and not the actual ship.
You bid for the design and you got the design, the trade doesn't know if you have the ship prior to bidding or not.

If you want a refund you will need to message support, maybe they will feel sorry and give you one.

 

there is also a drop down filter on the top right where you can choose ships, designs or modules

this is something i use a lot myself

 

Actually Okapi, the auction does know if you have the design.

If you bid have all the designs for golis & vengys & you try try to bid on one of these designs, it will refuse your bid & tell you that you are using that design - when in fact it should actually tell you that you already have that design.

I said it doesn't know if you have the ship, not the design, as in the original citadel in this case.
