    ok basically i bidded 55M on 50 cloaks on auction it took the credits from me and i didnt get the 50 cloaks? i checked if my bid went over to this hour but it didnt and when i checked who won, it was someone who bid 30m who got and if i had lost surely i would of got my creds back? i didnt get any mail saying i was outbidded or i won so i dont know what to do heres how much i bidded also.

  2. that happend to me to faw times told support but all i got was i got over bided. even though i bid 1.7 bill for cidadel winning bid 1.5 bill i thought 1.7 is greater than 1.5 in my world enyway germans must have a difrent way of adding up seems thay work backwards rarther the right way

  4. its not a bug when you view who won said bid was from the hour before normally you gotta wait for the next hour bid over if you dont recieve your item or credits back then its a support problem , happened to me with sentinal had to wait till 1 am uk time to get my design

    Hi ramnik,
    If you won the item it should show in your " Logbook " very soon after the end of the hour.

    If you did not win the Item, then your credit should be returned just after the end of the hour you bid. Also unless it has changed you should receive an internal mail saying you was outbid.


    If you did not receive either the item or the credit returned do the following:-

    1. Clear cache and flash cache, it is unlike to fix it, but there is a small chance it might.
    2. Take a screen shot of you "Logbook" showing entries from before and after the end of the hour to show you did not receive the item and you Uri balance page showing the deducted credit and entries after the end of the hour. to show you did not get a refund.
    3. Send the screen shots to support.

    Thank you for assisting this player with their issue.

    As this is an auction issue, you will need to contact support. Provide the log entry where the credits were deducted and request that an investigation into the refund of the credits for that auction be done, as you have currently not received the credits bid back for said auction.
