Back page issues

  1. On USA East 1 back page all messed upped can't get to equipment galaxy gate page just a Blank shop page and on home page most of it is blank. Been a couple hours now and it is 1:03am sat morning server time.

    all the cache and history cleaning in the world not helping before that is even suggested. most that was on the game at the time was complaining of the samething
     
  2. Most of the back page on the GB1 server seems ok except the gate page, I'm getting just a blank page as well.
     
  3. home page on east1 is messed up a bit can get to hanger page but not to equipment and gg page just a blank guess they are working on something cant scroll thru the rank page either

    7:17 am GB1 Server, many backpage faults, company news, skylab ore transfer, equipment page etc etc these faults all night. Most of your backpage is alright?
    I don't understand, cos its definately not my end thats faulty.

  6. Yup, the exact same thing, happening on GB2. i assume they're working on some sort of update, or something. :)

    Support is currently looking into the backpage issues. If we receive any new information, it will be posted in the Official Announcements. I do apologise for the disruption to gameplay - hopefully it will be resolved quickly.

    Closing, as this rests with Support.

    (From what I can see, it appears to be a Javascript problem, not a FlashPlayer problem - that's just my personal observation, but I wouldn't go changing any settings to try and fix it. Wait until Support can locate whatever went crazy first).
