Backgrounds

Have we lost the High setting for backgrounds. Some of the older maps such as galaxy gates feel much less interesting and the option is missing in settings.

I still have the High setting

 

Navigate your browser to this location depending on your Operating System:

C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\macromedia.com\support\flashplayer\sys

Delete all Folders and Files in the Sys folder, but DO NOT delete the Settings.sol file.

Restart your browser and try the chat client again. Let us know.

NOTE: You will need to have Hidden Files and Folder visible to be able to see the AppData folder.

When you right click on the Space Map while ingame, what version does it say at the top of the list?

Ok, next, is the settings missing on all maps, or certain maps only, could you at all move around different maps throughout the game and check please.

I would ask which browser are you using and have you recently cleared your flash data storage area?

Is this still an issue for you. I ask as I have just logged into your account and am able to set the backgrounds to high, I did this to rule out it being an account issue. Infact they were set to high when I logged in as were all of the graphic and quality settings on your account.

Still an issue thank you for trying though

 

I have tried a different computer that has lower specs than mine and only runs the game at 30fps and that still has the high setting, whereas, this computer which runs a solid 60fps all the time doesnt. I hope this helps shed more light
