Bad game nick?

    Hi, I´m sorry for create this post (if it´s in wrong group)
    My friend-his game nick is REMOVED and he got this in chat:

    System: You were banned by Administrator! Your username is inappropriate for chat please change your name before entering the chat again

    Now he can´t join on USA3.
    When he click on USA3, jump the start page.

    So, what´s wrong on nick and why he can´t log in to game?

    His name is very similar to a autolock program's name, that will be why hes been banned for it.
    He will need to contact support about it and ask them to change the name.

    Log-in to a secondary account and send a support ticket from there or get a link to contact support from a forum moderator.

    The pilot name is kind of similar to a cheat program.
    Your friend needs to Contact Support for any further assistance as we cannot assist you any further from forums.
