Banned by a moderator that is unfit for moderating

    A moderator just banned me for supposedly having created another account to talk in the chat.
    Curse his demented soul.
    I have been here for years and I have never done double accounting to toy with the chat in my life time. this is insane and it needs to be addressed immediately.

    I got permanent IP ban because of it , this is insane .Thats why i stop spending on this REMOVED game . i was spending £ 70-100 a week . Glad they banned me because i would have been spending like crazy . But i know what do you mean bud it sucks .

    Seems they fixed it as fast as they made the mistake.
    I am not coming online until I feel like it again, they abused my heart... not physically so no worries. For now I just do not feel like playing.

    If you have a question about a ban, or would like it reviewed, you can post in the chat board section with your UserID and we will look into it for you.

    If you have a complaint about a moderator, it needs to go to support so that it can be properly reviewed. Even if you do not know which moderator in particular banned you, support will be able to see and review the situation.

    Please keep in mind that moderators and members of the moderating team are volunteers, and do give up their time to assist both in chat and the forums. That said, we are also human, and if a mistake is made we do strive to resolve that as soon as possible.

    I am sorry to hear you are left feeling upset from the ban, but should you ever have any question about any ban, I again encourage you to post in the chat board so we can review and explain it for you there.
