Banned for using a BOT - Never used a BOT

  1. As a theoretical scenario;
    Player A purchased Uridium during MHH (as he has done once a month since he started playing), purchased EMP's, Boosters and other items only available on MHH day from the shop, opened a few gates and did a few upgrades to LF4's.
    Less than 48 hours later he tries to login to his account to play some more and receives a popup message saying he has been banned for using a BOT.
    He then logs into another separate account to try and find out what is wrong, only to get the same message on an account that has not been played for over a week.

    Upon contacting support is told he has been banned due to the detection system having caught him cheating and that his account had been permanently terminated. Support then suggested the player get a solicitor to contact BigPoint legal department via the portal (which has no contact information for a legal department).
    They would not check the players claim he never used a BOT as they stated the detection method used is 100% accurate.

    Believe it or not (not everyone tells lies), this player has never used a bot and cringes a little (for being such a computer noob) when admitting he would not know how to.
    He has spent well over $1,000 on the game to try and build up the account, only to lose it due to an error on the part of DO, which support refuse to investigate.

    When this player contacted the BipPoint support team he was informed he would need to contact the national support team and they would be able to provide the information requested.
    What was requested - When did the supposed botting occur and what was gained from it.
