Bans

How many times must an account be banned for breaking the rules before its taken away from its user? obviously on my server you cant do it as many times as you want. i see the same accounts being banned and removed for weeks even a month, over and over for the last 4 years and still allowed to return and play. what happened to the three strikes you out policy?

 

Maybe they were banned for something else you can't do? ..like mentioning a personal email in chat etc....There are more ways than botting to get an account banned for a week or month, but I still think your question applies, I just don't think a player with repeated bans are all necessarily from botting. In fact, it kinda proves the opposite, as multi bans for botting doesn't exist, so these players prob just say terrible and or "illegal" stuff in chat or whatever, and get bans.

 

I know pie but what DO told us was that any violation of policy the same thing or multiple things over and over you would loose you're account. i dont see that happening

New accounts would be ranked below the top 100

This is the Question, Banned Accounts still are Customers, or are they..

Perhaps they are just Advertizing Gimmicks.. placed in our game to cause a BUZZ.. and this forum is permitted to Gauge the Public's Response..

or perhaps due to the lack of members in the MAPs.. some activity is better than None.. Uber FE need Targets, and TOP 100 ships are good for Sales.. wait a minuet.. isn't that the same thing..

One thing that i know for certain is this ,when account is banned permanently...if that account is not deleted manually by support ..it will be unbanned by system after 18 months...

I started another thread today about roughly same topic but it was closed ...lets just say that i have seen today and yesterday over 100 accounts of old boters that were banned in that big wave in 2012/2013

 

Get rid of the continual offenders and merge the Servers as was mention,..then you'll have your targets. Right now during the Domination Event,. Half a company could get banned if caught. Locks and Damage being seen is beyond the scope of the game play on US East 3 and DO needs to do something about it

 

More than half Iron. At least of those who are participating in that event.

 

Well.. when I get Locked and Popped by a Heavy hitter .. I assume its part of the game ..

but when Im in an Outfit with some of the Best in our company and we all get Wasted by half the number of Ships.. something is Out of SyFry ..

I watch my Tank config go 3/4 down in one hit and No pets are out..

after a few attempts to hold on..

I figure the Beer is Better in "Troll's Landing"..
than to watch my Repair Bott Dance and my Repair Credits Evaporate..

What I have left better last.. they are the Only Reminders of.. Premium Years

"Troll's Landing" is the Bar on Our Uppers Base Map..

they tried to Rename it recently to " The Elbow Room "

I know there have been some good battles on east three this last week, you got me the most perhaps .....but I have not seen anything unusual from anyone..now I'm prob on the side you are referring to,(meaning the other two companies are clean ?) ....I also know it is harder to see someone cheating on your side than when you are fighting someone and seeing the damage...but still...all the fights I've seen have been clean...EIC has just out numbered the MMO and VRU on most days. To be fair, I'm not on 24 hours so I don't see everything, I hope you're wrong tho, no offense.

Just thought about something...If we all work for these 3 space mining companies...shouldn't they be paying us ??

 

I like that idea, we should get a weekly allowance of uridium payed out to us based on playing time, missions, etc, etc
