    I have tried to claim the email voucher for the Battle of Supremacy sent on 1 August. Unfortunately when I click on the link all I get is a 'Problem loading page' message followed by 'The connection has timed out The server at www.news.bigpoint.com is taking too long to respond.'

    I can log into the game fine and my other internet connections work fine so I don't think its an internet connection issues. Any ideas what may be causing the problem?

    You might want to see if the link yu are getting has the folling in it...

    If ot does try removing this portion %20http// and then try accessing it to see if it works properly.
