    Can I ask that you remember to always post your UID and server please.

    Have you ensured that your flash is up to date and cleared your cache and flash data?

    Some players are experiencing issues with loading the battle map on GB1, support is aware and are working on solving this issue

    Having the same problem with "loading" on USA 3 East Coast. How long will this be down?

    When support finds the error in the logs and fixes it. It could be a while or could be the next hour. All you can do is wait..

    There is a post in the OA section about the issues here and the latest update can be found here.

    Unfortunately I cannot give you a time frame or have any information beyond what is posted there, however many players appear to be able to get in game again
