Begging everyone PLEASE REPORT GAME CLIENT NOT CONNECTING

    I'm on GA1.
    I cannot be the only one unable to play the Empyrian March Event because the game client is stuck spinning on establishing connection and won't load, even after letting it spin for a half hour. After that, closing out and trying again and again, with no luck.
    So please comment here within the next 24 hours if you can't connect so I can send a tally to support. I'm tired of them blaming my computer, passing the buck, because no one else is reporting these issues but me!

    Please comment with your server, time and time zone.

    ive had the same issue in the past on ge5 ..what idid was either use a vpn .. or sometimes simply selecting any server on the old client . hope that helps and works for you ,

    oh just remembered ,it coud be that you have not accepted all cookies ,but tat maybe for nt eing able to login at all . support will not fix this or even help you ,this i know .darkobit are only interested in making BOTS , so they dont have to do anything.
    They do not listen to its genuine players and then wonder why the game is dying and is on its last legs .
    Or maybe they do it on purpose so they can close the game .
    NO ONE really knows why .

    in support of support i have often thought that it must be really difficult for them if they have no answers either to problems form those above them if they genuinely want to be supportive and help with issues . MANAGEMENT is a mess mate and none existent ..

    use a vpn to change ip and also change the ship in the hangar to a different map .but yeah they need to fix this crap
     
  4. I have the same issue, every 5 seconds i get the message connection has been lost
     
  5. My connection drops in DSE. Soon as the second wave starts POOF no connection cannot get connection.
    Then I have to kill the 'unity client' after that I relog and poof ship destroyed.
    Looks like a repeatable event. PUT DSE IN THE OLD CLIENT

  9. Anytime I lose connection repeatedly in unity I just run the darkorbit launcher and get the updated version of unity. Problem solved until I get 2 or 3 versions behind again.

    you should always log in with the launcher ,save it to desktop or taskbar to login with.

    Not saying it will strop the connection issues ,,but if you always login with launcher you get the updates always as there released .
