Being hacked and possible ways to prevent it :)

I was thinking as an idea, that what if you couldn't sell high-grade items such as, pet gear, drone formations (uri ones) iris, apis and zeus drones, lf-3, lf-4, bo2 shield generators, 7900 speed generators, and a few other items. I recently got hacked and support said they couldn't help me as it was done by a "third party" so I basically got screwed over, and want to prevent this in the future for myself, and of course everyone else. I look forward to this possibly being implemented. Thoughts, improvements, post below please

Words can't even begin to explain how ridiculous the sell option being available for elite equipment is. On another game I've played there is an option to "bind" equipment. That means it's impossible to sell it and if you want to you have to "unbind" it which takes 3 days before you get the sell option.

Personally I would like to see the sell option removed for all items that cost uri.

 

Or i think they can simply introduce an extra password for the elite items , of course the password will be different from the log in so u only have to use it when u wanna sell something

When people get hacked some of them just buy everything back (we have good example on GB1). I think this was introduced in the past but as BP don't really care about us as they care for money, they will just keep the game as it is now. Although this is only realistic view I support the idea.

We would feel much safer if your high-grade item cant be sold instantly.

 

Alright, edit your post instead of double posting in the future, it's spam and against forum rules, this is the wrong section, this should be moved to the ''Update and Idea's'' section, this idea has been suggested before but I do agree with it. I'm taking a wild guess that it's no coincidence that two brand new forum accounts commented on your thread, bumping threads can be considered spam and can get you infracted or banned.

Support is pretty much useless when it come's to recovering hacked accounts or items lost on them, don't share account information, don't go to suspicious websites or follow suspicious links, changing your password often can help keep your accounts safer but it doesn't 100% prevent being hacked. I don't see why this hasn't already been implemented considering it's need, why would a sane person sell such equipment anyways, it's beyond me.

Sounds good. I've been hacked before--tried to login one day and profile just didn't exist. I guess this doesn't prevent that from happening, but it's still a good idea.
