What's with this bidding? I have placed bids at the last minute and had the highest bid right to the end of the bid and yet I keep getting -

Somebody must have outbid you at the last second. According to new auctions you will receive in game email when you bid on items, when you get outbid by someone and when you win a particular item.

Someone's obviously sniping your bids - a downside to the implementation of the new Auction, and being able to see how much people are bidding.

You'll need to either bid higher, or wait til the very last few seconds. Remember that you must refresh the page to see any changes in bidding status.
