    i froze in beta gate please help me i dont want to lose my first life on there i have 3 lives and i dont want to go down to 2 lives

    i have just lost my first life btw i am an AT&T user btw i was on first wave.. (strenuer) wave

    1: Don't multi post, there's an edit option.
    2: It's 1 life, get over it, if you lose the rest, you write support and they give you back one gate from where you were last at once a month.
    3: Forums can not help you, other than to tell you, to take it to support once you lose all your lives.
    4: Saying your service provider does nothing. Give your User ID when posting an issue in the forums.

    Hello ⁿⁿ▌▌▌▌ⁿⁿ,

    You are allowed 1 free gate reset per month. All you need to do is contact support with your user ID and the gate you wish to have reset and they will give it back to you! Just to be clear though, you can only do this once you have lost all 3 lives in the gate.

    I am going to close this thread since you need to contact support in order to accomplish this.
