    Dear Dark Orbit...
    Hello Support, I don't complaint about this or any other games that are available to play on line because I know that it is hard if not impossible to play with out something going wrong during play time,but the lag on gates is getting out of hand.
    Its nearly impossible to finish one gate with 3 lives.
    Alpha I lost 5 lives one time,next I lost more lives in Gamma and now I lose 5 lives in BETA GATE.
    I was not able to finish one SINGLE WAVE.
    You need to do something to fix this problem...

    Hallo CHEO,
    I welcome you to DarkOrbit. When you're going to the forum, we users aren't the support. To take they way to support is about the Help-Button with the symbol [ ? ] (it's about the Shop-Button). There you can contact with the support.

    We can help you but we can't book you this gate. If you're destroyed by the NPCs you won't get this gate. But! If you have got bugs and laggs you should ask the support because he has to book you a gate. Lifes isn't booked by support.

    Before you go in the gate you shall think if you overcome this gate or not. And you shall equip all necessary items for your gate.

    Hello CHEO

    Thank you Julius-816- for assisting with this thread.

    If you didn't had a gate reset in last 1month then you will get your galaxy gate reseted and you need to Contact Support within 48hrs for any further assistance on this issue.

    Note: Gate reset is done only when you lose complete gate.

    Also please try to clear browser and flash player cache>
