    Hello,

    We do not give individual lives back with gates. But if you loose the gate, you can contact Support to ask for a gate reset. We allow one gate reset every 30 days. There is a link to Support in my signature.

    Is there anything further we can assist you with, or may we close the thread?

    you can also try and lower the activity of your pc, it might help
