Big problems need phone number

  1. Need some help please. tried ringing support on 49 040 8814130 from United Kingdom, but it was dead number.

    First: When I sent several support questions after returning to game 4 days ago, I noticed that in the email window, they had a 4 year old email address thats not been used for 3 years, I changed it in the box to Virginmedia.com, but still no reply, cant see in my contact details how to change my email address.

    All that I can tell you, is, that I returned a few days ago, bought Prem bronze, paid for a citadel ship a P E T A HST2 rocket launcher and a load of uridium, that obviously costs me a lot of GBP.

    Yesterday while in a skirmish, I lost the Shield bar completely, just a gap between hit points and nano hull. I got a message saying, I cant fire rockets from my new HSTs2 because I havent got one, plus all my CPUs have disapeared. Plus The PET was equipped with a lazer and and a repair module, those items have also vanished into thin air, so Im stuck at VRU base not able to do anything.

    The most puzzling thing is, in my equipment hanger all the items that The game said I havent got are all there in config 1 and hanger 1 the only hanger. but in game, messages said I have any launchers, PET has no lazers, and the PET rep is no longer in drop down list on the PET list of abilities.

    Please can anyone give me the correct telephone number to Bigpoint from the uk, plus how to get my email changed, so support can contact me.
     
  2. in game problems you need to talk to support they really don't like you ringing them you could always try and get hold of support by using another account and send them your UID of the account your having the problems with until you get a reply from a mod

I havent any other account, nor can I find how where to change the defunct email address, I change the talktalk old email address in support window and send it, But no reply comes back, from it.. I believe have every right to ring a support line when I have just spent £60 with this firm, and they are not providing a playable game under the distance selling rules, company's can not just take £60 of you , and not provide A service I have paid for, thats Fraudulently taking money from my Paypal account and not providing a working Service. I will contact Paypal and complain, about this, Bigpoint has to give reasonable access to its produts under any EURO state trading laws. I will ask Paypal to investigate the possibility of a refund, due to the inabilty to use said service, or lack of any sort of communication to resolve this issue not being provided. As an Ex trading standards officer, I deal with this sort of thing all the time, even though I am retired from active duty.

    Hi.

    There is not a live voice support for this game, there never has been. The only way to contact support if you dont (or cant) use the account's registered email is by sending a ticket using the link in my signature below (click on the purple writing to reveal the link). This will allow you to enter your new email as the address you wish to be contacted via. Please include your user ID for the account you are having issues with explain that you are no longer able to access the old email address and wish to change it. Obviously also include the other issues that you would like them to look into.
    They will ask you some questions to verify that the account is yours and should be able to change the email address for you.

    I would advise against requesting a refund from Paypal until you have dealt with support via this channel as going down that road may just cause you more problems than it will solve.

    I hope you get these issues resolved.
