BigPoint, We have a problem ! ! !

    I have played this game for 3 years and within that time frame, I have seen it grow and evolve it this monster of a MMO game. 3 months ago I had to tend to some personal issues that came to rise. Before I left, I knew there was a change to the security measures as far as the email change goes. I have never once changed my email address in the 3 years I have played Darkorbit. Passwords of course because that is recommended from BigPoint. I come back to my account, I attempt to log on, and I see that there is an error logging in. So I check my password again because I know I never changed my email address. Turns out that my email address was changed. So then I create another account to investigate this and of course there is my account under a different name and has dropped 18 spots in the Top User Rankings. I have tried to communicate with this person but just as I thought, No Response.. I then check my email to see if there was a request to change my email and there was nothing.. Nothing in spam, trash, all, inbox, outbox, drafts saved even and nothing. this account was Level 22, One star Colonel, with everything on the ship upgraded to level 16, 45 lf4s (35 lf4s to lvl 16) 35 BO2s( 30 bo2s to level 16), most of the drone formations and completed both sets of the drone designs (Havoc and Hercules). STOLEN from me while I was tending to personal issues and this is not the first time I have heard about this hence why I took better care of the information that I used to log into my account. I have ALL emails from BigPoint regarding Top Gamers Club, name changes and purchase transactions. I have been trying to get ahold of someone who will talk and at least help me with this but I have only been shown the exit out of the building. Again, I have everything needed to prove that UserID: 64549102 is my account and was taken from me illegally. Please can anyone help me. I can prove its my account that was stolen

    You can even look at the IP addresses where this account would log on from. Before Thanksgiving, it was consistent with one address and I'm sure if you check into it, you will see that the IP address has completely change and No I haven't moved. From January 29, 2011 til June 15, 2013 I was at one IP then I moved on June 15th to where the IP address was the same before Thanksgiving.
