    hello i froze when trying to apply one of my points and it placed it in the wrong section i have recently reset my bio so did not want to have to do this again is there anything that can be done would support be willing to remove the point so that i may hopefully reapply it in the right box.

    You can try. Just calmly explain the situation to them and they might understand :) Just don't put any more pilot points in your bio.
