    Well I was buying uri from paysafe codes, which my uncle gave me who lives in canada well I tryed to use them but it wouldn't allow me. My uncle then gave his credit card details and I tryed to do that but when I did it says your in blacklist... I dont know what is that but I wanna buy uri. Please can you take me off the blacklist. Thank you.
