Black Screen for Game

Hi Team,
Upon loading the actual Game page, the game runs through the loading screen as per usual with the yellow loading bar, and then turns green for start. I click Start and it loads a black page. I have done this several times with the same result. I have left the black page for up to 5 minutes with nothing becoming visible.
I have cleared the cache, I have cleared all flash player saved settings and started the game fresh and achieved the same result.

A known issue? Something new?

Sorry, forgot to add, Am using Google Chrome with pepper flash enabled and Adobe flash disabled.
Apears to work ok in Explorer but that is slower than an centenarian with a Zimmer frame

Have now uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled with no changes. Still get black screen on pressing start for the game screen.

Have now disabled pepper flash and enabled Adobe Flash and have been successful in getting into game screen. For those having similar issue, try that and see if it works for you. To disable pepper flash and enable Adobe flash, do the following - click on the 3 bar icon top right corner of chrome, and from the menu select settings. In the address bar of the new page that opens are the words Chrome//Settings. Highlight Settings and either delete and type or just type Plugins. All the Chrome plugins will appear. The Pepper Flash and Adobe Flash are usually at the top. Disable pepper flash and enable Adobe Flash. Close the page and try to start game again.

Have had stable game play doing the above, however Chat crashes all the time and it is not until I go to type something into chat that I am aware of it having crashed, or, it restarts and I happen to notice that it is doing that.

same hear get on usen crome but it lags like mad and its realy slow and ship stops ever ten seconds but get black screen after press start on iron browser

well, yeah, I do still have issue, either I have no game using pepper flash, or game and no chat using adobe flash. So while the original black screen issue can be bypassed, I still have a problem with the flash players in Chrome and Adobe flash in any other browser I use. Any ideas or suggestions that fix this would be helpful.

I can suggest you Try WATERFox Browser .. it is based on the FireFox Browser language, uses FlashPlayer,
However there are other Outside Programs many use to maintain their PCs, Such as (ASC) Advanced System Care by IOBIT (Free or PRO).. thru GeneralGeeks.. it seems to make this game work smoother, and Comes with another Program Called GameBooster.

Then of Course If your Windows Operation System based, Doing a CleanDisk and then a Defrag of your HardDrive ( C ).. Every time you before you Log on.. Yes its part of the DarkOrbit Ritual Process to Get into the Swing of Things.. after all.. This Is Not Make Believe, its Real as far as the Imaginary Space Ships Go.

we cant post the Websites.. so Swallow some Seprom and Google it.. Bing Bar it or Whatever Search Engine will Take Promi.. and Get Back into the game..

i have this problem i have to have pepper flash enabled but when i get the black screen i press minimize then make it big again and it shows up

 

try seperating the two windows tab as u ust to open a new window know it opens a knew tab instead so when i click start it gives me black screen but if i gab the top of tab then seperate it from the window its on i get the screen load then put it back u can play hope that hlps u

 

There are posts.. Where in the Galaxy.. This eye Don't Know.. but post on other ways for Clearing your Temporary File Caches.. some Commands that are put into your Start menu Window.. Eats Both, Cookie Storage Monster and Temporary Internet Flys.. perhaps the Good ==> PoseidonsFury can help.

 

wow, ok, used the minimise then maximise and worked, thanks for that Stringshot. Now playing in pepper flash and hope my chat will again be stable. Will try the other method of separating tabs,

ohh Great.. the Original Poster Child didnt Reply yet.. and This is what I do.. perhaps its why I don't have that Issue.. When I start my log on.. I hit the Skylab Tab, Then the Start Button to log on to Flight Window, Then Back to Skylab to Reship.. but Then I hit the Question mark and the Forums Link.. it loads up a TAB between the Main Page and the Flight screen..

I am just Slow.. I never noticed it before.. " I must Be Laggin" Its time to Get FIOS instead of FIDO.. damn Dog has a small head anyways..

 

You must re-size Chrome in order for the page to display. This is the same for sites that rely on Flash, such as YouTube.

It's a known bug with Chrome and Flash, one that I'd have expected Google to have fixed a long time ago.

A side note: Don't use PepperFlash. It does not perform well at all, in comparison with Adobe Flash.

 

Why wood anyone use Pepper over Adobe..ʡ " Flash ".. just a thought, they bean making brick houses out of that stuff ( Adobe ) for Centuries.. Now just Imagine if them 3 Little Piggies wood have Built their House out of Pepper ʡ.. Perhaps they REALLY Did, and That's why the Big Bad Wolf had to Sneeze their House Down..
