[GI] BlackLight NPCS in normal maps

    Hello I would like to ask about the black light npc's that spawn from time to time usually but not limited to x-8, I dont mean the Purpose XXI I mean the "special" ones. Can anyone tell me if they spawn, when etc? thanks

    They were special NPCs during the Blacklight Surge Event, which ran for a short time when the Blacklight maps & NPCs were released.

    Looks like the mod below proved me wrong :rolleyes:

    They are spawning randomly, I can't say when or where

    But they spawn, Remember to keep an eye on the maps ;)

    Got any other question or may i close ?
