Bonus box doubler didn't work

    Hey everybody,
    20th March from restart to restart (24hours) didnt work ANY boosters.
    Normal boosters was freezed ( time was stopped), but bonus box doubler didn't work, but wasn't replaced. I messaged support and they said that I have to use forum...
    Well, will there be any replace?

    Server: Czech republic 1
