Bonus for Inviting Friends

I am posting this here & you can move it if you want.

There needs to be clarification on how the new BONUS for inviting friends works.

My log shows 18 friends as having been accepted - all from ages ago. Of these, 1 shows as having reached lvl 10 - although previuosly to the new scheme, all accepted friends were showing. Yet, it shows 11 bonuses as having been received with both the 5 & 10 friends sections having a tick. I have received a month's premium from somewhere but nothing else.

Although I can send Support a message, I cannot view their reply as I am abroad & likely to be so for the next couple of weeks & do not have the password for the email address linked to my account with me.

I think quite a lot of players would like to know where they stand with he new Bonus scheme & if the previous invites do count, then obviously the players that qualify should have all their rewards credited to their accounts.

 

The bonus for the new Nostromo design does not take into account your previous totals, and you would be starting again from 0. Unfortunately this is not reflected on the tally board for the friends bonus.

There needs to be proper clarification & an Official Announcement would help.

From our understanding, previously invited Friends will still count towards your total number of Friend invites, however they will need to level their accounts up to the new minimum before they will be counted. We are not certain how previously received rewards from invited accounts are handled - either they will all be booked again, or you will only receive rewards not previously obtained once the account meets the level requirements.

The booking problems around that issue should be corrected by now, but if you have any further questions or concerns then you should contact Support directly (it is not easy for us to chase account questions on the Forums, and they will be better equipped to give you a prompt and accurate response).
