bonus package glitch

    I received the bonus package mail in my inbox, I clicked it and it said it has already been credited to me, it hasn't.

    the mail was this:

    Is it possible that you may have two accounts on the same email? If so only one gets the bonus package.

    I would advise that you contact support to see if the bonus package has been applied to your ship already since this is not something we would be able to check from the forums.

    If there are any discrepancies then support should be able to resolve that for you.
