boosters

  1. I have 3 days and 9 hours on my Shared Shield Booster
    I also should have the same time on my Shared HP Booster and Damage Booster
    but they are both saying nothing
    I bought all 3 at the same time so they should have the same left !
    I wont log in to game till it shows the correct times
    I wont buy more because I havnt used the time up
    please check the glitch

  2. Just wondering, because you've tagged support next to your thread's title, does that mean support will see it?

    If yes ok ty if not you should just ask support instead
     
  3. same thing happend to me to 7 day shared shlds 5 day shared exp 2 day shared honor gone.
     
  4. basically when the special 0.69 booster package was offered - all 3 boosters were equally created
    it seems 2 have been zeroed
    it was the best thing do ever did - however im not losing time
     
  5. if support doesn't read this - with a special button that says support that they made themselves - who is support
     
  6. i just found something out. check the booster on the game page open the booster tab. on my game screen i have all the missing boosters but their not on my back page. looks like it could be a visual glitch

    I have lost my boosters thet had 8 - 10 days each also lost my EP booster and reglur boosters. I'm wondering if i'm wasting my time & money on this game. :-(

    Unfortunately this issue seems to be out of the normal capabilities of what we can do for you from the forums. Support do not reply to threads in the forum, however sometimes they will post on feedback threads.

    Therefore please contact support through the normal form (either use link in my signature, or do it through the back page), and they should be able to assist you with this issue.
