booty boxes

i have not seen npc's dropping booty boxes after destruction. is this a visual glitch gamewide or is it just me ? i'm currently using mozillas nightly as my browser.

 

not all npcs drop bootys when u pop them

 

i know that. i've been noticing no booty boxes period coming after an npc kill. only booty boxes i see are the ones floating on the map.

As said above all the npcs doesn't leave a booty box they are rare and are random to drop the boxes.The majority of percentage is given to boss aliens.The booties you are seeing that are floatin on maps are the boxes dropped from npcs.

 

I saw one drop yesterday, I think if it was an issue with your browser (such as the resource file for the booty now loading in) then it would mean you wouldn't get a regular cargo either - if that has been the case then a clear of cache would sort it. Apart from that, you could just be unlucky

Booty boxes spawn regularly on the maps like bonus boxes do, just less numerous. The ones dropped by NPC will disappear if not picked up, the same way NPC cargo will. Pirate NPC have the biggest chances of dropping booty boxes.

Yea, noticed it too. Since the issue with the npc not dropping cargo came to surface, I've never spotted an alien dropping a booty box.
It was pretty frequent before, even at the weakest npc, e.g. at a ratio of 1 out of 10 lordakia left a box, at least to me.

 

yes, they do drop cargo as normal. but sometimes when they blow up, they leave nothing. which means to me that they dropped a booty box but somehow i can't see it. they dron't drop nothing, it's either cargo ( most of the time ) or a booty box.

 

i have popped aliens and nothing has appeard, no cargo or bootys on gb 1

 

Check your settings. It could be that Cargo have been disabled.

 

Does anyone know how to fix the issue if its a browser based problem, because aliens havent been dropping booty for me for a few days now, some aliens pop and nothing happens, no cargo or booty

 

i have checked my settings. they are fine as cargo is concerned.

i'm still not seeing npc's dropping booty boxes at all. my settings are fine. still jave not received a satisfactory answer to this persistant problem

 

*Sixx_a.m.*, have you tried a different browser to see if the issue is present? Also, can you post which server you are having the issue on?
