boters using ta search so they cant be attacked

HI i play on USA east coast 2 and im really angry right now i was at pally field and i saw a boter i tryed to attack him :
This player cannot be attacked, as they're waiting to begin a duel in the Training Arena.

i was very pissed then after an update i saw if i attack hes pet he will luse protection and he did i poped hes few times then he came back we were fighting and when he was very low hp he started running quckly started ta search so i could not have attacked him any more...
DO cant you see that ppl are doing these its stupid it breakes the point of the game and its very annoying. pls do something because these is just stupid

 

If you shoot them with your P.E.T then once they get hit with its lasers you can shoot them with your ship again.

 

is it possible to shoot with the PET independantly of the ship... or do you mean Okapi32 that an attack with PET on Guard will succeed??

If as the OP suggests this is not a player... it, the "boter" will not shoot first!

 

Yes, just put your pet to guard mode and hit spacebar to shoot rocket your pet will start shooting it and then you can shoot with lasers

 

The issue that the original poster reported has been passed onto the developers to be investigated. In the mean time, the method Okapi32 posted should fix the issue however i understand not everybody has a P.E.T. and therefore it will not help. Please be assured that the issue is being looked at.
