BOTTING...?

HI my friend who is playing DO past 4 years just got banned bc of "BOTTING"
but the thing is that he wasnt using BOT. Infact how do you even recognise the BOTTERS??!! i dont understand cuzz these is a big mistake hes name is RIDEYOURLIFE server USA East Coast 2 !

pls explain and some how salve these problem thanks!

 

I suggest your friend writes in a ticket to support or puts a post under the technical questions section. Under DarkOrbit's terms and conditions they can only resolve it if your friend writes in with his user name and ID. They can take a closer look into the history and hopefully resolve the issue.

In regards to the question about bots, they cannot disclose too much information about it in order for their system to be updated properly to 'out think' the bot makers. I hope this helps.

The bot system detects the amount of packets of data you are being sent and receiving. Even if have botted once, you can be up for banning. Like Intangible said though, have your friend send a ticket to support, they are the only ones that can help you.
