boxing with salvage protocols and bio

I finally managed to get 9 lvl 3 salvage protocols on my pet, along with having 5/5 in tractor beam 2 maxed out, For some reason my pet only collects 2 spins outta box in b maps, everyone i've talked to said it should be picking up 3 spins in battle maps if my pet collects it, Strange thing is that on regular maps my pet picks up 2 spins outta a box instead of 1... I don't run a bonus box dbl'r, anyone else experiencing this problem as well? Any feed back would be appreciated thanks for you time

 

hey seismic, i have 12 salvage protocols on when i box, w 5/5 tactor beam2
My ship picks up 4 spins per box
My Pet picks up 5 spins per box


With Tractor Beam II: The calculation have been done only on basis of Tractor Beam II & Box doubler.
150 uridum (b-maps) = 360 uridium
100 uridum (regular maps) = 240 uridium

--> Calculation: With Doubler
1.0 (original factor) * 2.0 (doubler)
2.0 * 1.5 (bmap factor) = 3
3.0 * 1.2 (Tractor Beam II) = 3.6

150 uridium in b-maps * 3.6 (our factor for ship) = 360 uridium as seen above

--> Calculation for pet w salvage protocol increase:

Taking the already increased factor from above for ship of 3.6 ...
3.6 * 1.27 (9 salvage prots / lvl3 -- at 3% increase pet protocol) = 4.572

To conclude:
Your ship should pickup 4 gg spins each box when applicable.

The boxing formula rounds up - so anything over 3.5 is automatically 4 (or 4 spins)
Your Pets factor is 4.572, using the same principal as above, it should be picking up 5 spins per box

-- Calculation: Without Doubler

1.5 bmap factor
1.5 * 1.2 (Tractor Beam II) = 1.8
1.8 * 1.27 (pets protcols) = 2.286

So everyting looks correct. Remember it will only round up past the halfway mark or 2.5.

without doubler, you would need all 12 lvl3 salvage protocols i think, to get 3 from pet.
