Boxing without doubler

If I have tractor beam II 5/5 and 12 level 3 cargo protocols on my pet but no doubler, how many spins (max) will my PET get from boxing on PvP maps ?

 

I believe if your pet is picking up the boxes it will be 4. But I could be wrong on the math.

I think you meant Salvage protocol instead of cargo protocol.

If you have Salvage protocols. (level3), Auto looter gear (level3), pilot bio skills like Tractor Beam II the calculation is as mentioned below.

Salvage protocols: Increases bonus box loot by 3%.
Tractor Beam II: 20% increase from bonus box contents.

So if you have 12 salvage you would get 36% total boost also your P.E.T should be active all the time on Auto-looter mode.

Calculation:
Without box doubler: Note the calculation have been done on basis of Tractor Beam II and 12 Salvage Protocol (level 3)

1 gg spins = 2 gg spins

Tractor Beam II = 20% increase from bonus box content

Note: The chances of getting GG spins on hourly basis may vary.

12/12 salvage protocols level 3 ?
Because I've heard that it's actually more productive if you have 6 salvage lv3 and 6 radar lv 3, so ?

I think the magic number to go from 3 to 4 GG's per box with pet is 9 salvage protocals, someone else should give you the exact number. You definitely don't need all 12.

I use 9 Radar protocals instead, to keep my pet away from me, we both get 3 GG's on B Maps, I feel like I earn more this way over time, and its cheaper to set up.

EDIT : I also have Luck I and II, this makes the 150 URI boxes go to 202, me and pet.

Ρļ€*İŋ*Ŧħ€*§ķ¥ I believe it's not worth to use 5 pp for 12% more uri. However, can you tell me how much do you make in an hour your way (spins-uri) ?

 

I use 12 salvage & 0 radars -- pet picks up way more uri then i do (or it seems that way). Its more player preference to use radars and how many to use.

Using my full pet salvage setup:
10-15k uri pickup / hour on average
100 - 150 gg spins / hour

I passed up on the extra 12% Luck I & II gives out. Reason: pet picks up 490 max a box with Doubler /Tractor Beam II (5/5) / 12 Salvage protocols.

The cost of 7 pilot points for Luck I & Luck II [2 logistics + 2 Luck I + 3 Luck II] was something I was willing to do without for a minimal increase in uri ( 58 ). I ran the numbers and max pet pickup with everything listed is 548. Ill take my 490 and put the 7 pp some where else.

 

You make a good point Bionic. I've had the Boxing setup for 6 months now, and yes I still miss my electo optics badly lolz. I have mad good Uri in that time tho, even with only a 50 uri bump from Luck II

For me the game is to always have the pet collecting AWAY from me, getting his own boxes, that's why I like radars.

I will say my totals are exactly within Bionic's range in terms of earnings ( he gets a little more GG's), so I suppose it comes down to preference. Have the pet earn less, but get more boxes ( or not fight you for them at least)....Or keep pet close to you and have it get more uri (and GG's) per box, but reduce the total boxes you can grab per hour.

Question : How many GG's does your pet get with 12 Salvage, is it 4 GG's without doubler?? and Do you need all 12 for that round-up to occur, or can you do it with 10 salvage or 7 ?

 

Pet gets 5gg spins per pickup

With 9 Salvage protocols your running a 4.572 factor (which rounds up to 5 gg spins)
With 8 its only 4.464 which will only give you 4 gg spins (you have to break the 4.5 barrier to get the max)
