Bug in Mozilla Browser i cant see nothing on the chat is blank

At my school i had played the game and i see the chat with the same browser but at home i cant i can see the chat on other browsers anyone had any ideas ?

Can i ask you to confirm that your chat box is blank (i.e. no messages being displayed at all?).

If that is the case, can i please ask that you make sure you have the latest java player installed, you can check here;

Also can i ask which version of Mozilla Firefox you are running? Are your running the latest recommended version (it is advisable not to use experimental or beta versions). You can check if you have the latest version here;

it works only when it wants i dont know why :/
2 hours ago it was working now it doesnt want...

 

kiki358, Are you using any type of Internet filtering software or Firewall software? Would it be possible to temporarily disable those softwares and see if the issue is still persistent?

No i dont think i have some of them on :/
Never mind if it is nessecery i'll use other browser(if there are any spell check mistakes sry)

 

sometimes happen if u clicking on chat before game load it wont open . Maybe u always clicking on it before game get load and thats why u think its lag. At school it maybe load faster so u are not even able to click (close or open or click in it) so u think it loads there and not at home , maybe its that , you can try it. (If u have chat open dont do anything and let load everything, if its closed let everything load and when u sure nothing else is loading open chat window)

Can i ask whether you have tried using another browser? I am aware of some users who use experimental or beta stage browsers who often experience similar issues. Unfortunately there are not many the solutions that i can think of.
