Here's a thread for game bugs you have found so we can bring them to support's attention.

I found that when I unequip an item from a ship it isn't showing in the other hangars inventory unless I delete the config for the ship I removed it from. Not a huge issue, but is annoying to have to re-equip a whole ship to add one item.

Cargo does not drop from NPCs every time.

PET is visible when you are cloaked. The PET in general needs to be looked at, the AI is not very intelligent. The collector gear is off, it flies right past boxes/doesn't recognize them sometimes and I have lvl 3 gear and 6 lvl 3 radars equipped.

The shield glitch, every time i log i have to switch up configs to get the heart formation bonus to kick in.

NPCs don't always attack you when you are hovering near them.

Sometimes jumping into a 4-x map that has a base I can't see the base or players but still take damage when I fly past where the base is.

 

I can name a few more
1: when uncloaking an nme u cant see shields or hp
2: hotkeys grayed out when fighting instas and emps only, bug or cheat?
3: when emping nme ship looks like it still has lock and follows u where u go
4: shields not full when logging in changing config and back again shows you the real value
5: problem with hitac which will follow other npcs that will come out when jumping port it vanishes u have to jump out and back again same for when u jump to the map its in you cant see it unless u jump out and back in
6: still able to park npcs ( as in get them to stop shooting you and pop them easy)

Thank you for reporting some of these issues, below is a brief update on where we are at with the issues;

1. Unequipped items not appearing in another hangar - Thank you for reporting this one, a similar issue to this was fixed but it appears that this is an extension of that issue. An easy fix is to refresh your equipment page and it should reappear, however i will get this reported to be fixed.

2. Cargo from NPC's - This issue should now be fixed, if it isn't, it could be that you have 'show bonus boxes' turned off and the NPC is giving a booty box which wouldn't be visible to you with that setting.

3. PET Issue - I did try testing and whenever i cloaked the PET did cloak with me. I know that out of a certain range it will appear uncloaked but that has always been the case. As for the PET A.I., this is something i have reported to be looked at.

4. Shield Issue - Support have made progress on this issue this week and hope that the solution will be fixed next week.

5. Cloaked enemy hp/shields - Issue is known and has been reported to be fixed.

6. Enemy appears to have lock after EMP - Issue is known and has been reported to be fixed.

However some of the issues you have reported require a bit more information in order for us to look into them, therefore could you please provide some further information as per below;

1. NPC Parking - Is there a particular method to get an NPC to park so that you can shoot it without it shooting back? Is there any particular map where this is a common issue (e.g. 4-5)?

2. Invisible 4-x Base - If you're able to take a screenshot or video of this issue it would be a great help. The map and server that this occurred on for you would also be an additional bonus.

3. Hot keys Grayed Out - Does this appear to happen with every user you fight with, or on a particular map? Or does it appear random?

4. Hitac following NPC - I'm not entirely sure what you mean with this issue sorry.

the hitac will disappear and you either jump back into the map again or relog -> same glitch as invisible players,aliens and ships not appearing
also in regards to deleting your configs take the equipment off both configs its equipped on then click the equipment tab and itll appear withou needing to deleted the entire configs

 

For the inventory bug, I did try refreshing and such.

Cargo boxes do seem to be fixed now, as do the others you mentioned above as fixed.

The PET does appear cloaked to the player using it, to enemies and same company it does not cloak. Experienced this last night hunting and today while boxing you just see PETS and not the not cloaked ships. This wasn't an issue i believe a year and a half ago when I was playing a lot. Could be wrong of course.

If the invisible base thing happens again I will screenshot it. It did only happen once so far.
I will also get back to you here about the NPC parking if I have evidence.

Just want to say I for one appreciate the quickness of the hotfixes, says a lot.

4. Hitac following NPC - I'm not entirely sure what you mean with this issue sorry.

Sorry by that what i mean is the next event to pop up is domination and that npc that comes with the event will do the same is did first time the npc first came out when jumping to the map the npc is located you cannot see the npc on mini map or on the map when u get near it just the players shooting something inviable until you jump out of the map using a port then jumping back

This has only happened to me once in map 4-2 and its 1 clan on our server that are known to be cheats but as i have never seen this problem be4 i cant say its a cheat or a bug its like having you're shortcut back locked out my x4 and rsb and keys 1 and 2 and when shooting u cant start by using them or u can click CTRL well first you could not shoot using 1 or 2 then insta grayed out then emps so no defence and they was the only ones to gray out and they was not used

This 1 is tricky as it can be done random but some players have learn to master it i think its something to do with the PET and fooling the npc to think the pet is a player so you're pet can shoot npcs but no npc can shoot you're pet hence the no shooting back from npc but youtube has loads of videos of parking npcs/god mode

(p.s this bug was fixed over a year ago and somthing happened and all the old bugs came back including this one)

Ddraig and also thanks for the reply on this would be nice to have something like this in forums known issues with a FAQ and people to give as much info as they can so they know if any bugs they know of are bin fixed and if there found a bug thats not listed to add to it
