  1. Why am I still having hot bar bugs? We always here "it's been passed on" but why is nothing ever fixed?

  2. Fix something? Come on, I mean your joking right? Hot Bar, shield and speed gens.... Don't expect much on the weekend. Its party and family time in Germany...

    Hi [-КАТЮША-],

    To my knowledge the game designers and developers do not normally work on the weekends. There will always be a member of support available to us in case of emergencies or normally during the MHH in case something stops working.

    As for bugs, please trust me when i say that bugs are being fixed week in week out. Sometimes it may not feel like it, but most weekly updates normally contain fixes to a handful of bugs or issues, it is just the case of which bugs. If you look at the monthly patch notes you will see a small list of some of the bug fixes made during the month, but these are just a small handful of a large quantity of bugs that gets fixed each month.

    As a moderating team we do pass issues on and report bugs to Quality Assurance, and i am one of the main members of the moderating team that does this. Quality Assurance are then the guys who have to find the issue and recreate the issue so that the developers know where they need to look to fix the bug. This in most cases is an easy process but in some cases it is also a long process because if they are unable to get the issue to occur, then they can't direct the developers to what needs to be fixed.

    The hot bar issue is one of the annoying bugs that seems to be taking normal than longer to identify what is causing it. It sometimes happens, it sometimes doesn't. It happens to some players but not to others. Issues like this do take longer to process and therefore they do sometimes take longer to fix.

    Quality Assurance have acknowledged back to us that they are aware this issue exists, it is just the case of them getting what they need to pass on to the developers to fix.

    I hope this tries to answer some of your questions raised, or at least explain how the process works.

  6. Thanks for the response Ddraig, every so often we get an admin who actually appears to be human rather then just providing bot like replies that have been drilled into them.

    How about a fix to the anti cloak / auto locker. that has been going on for years. are they ever going to fix that BUG ???
     
  8. My pet is level 6, and I still can't see the level 2 gear and AI protocols that are supposedly unlocked at pet level 4.
    Any help will be appreciated.

    I would ask, if when you go to the shop and click on the PET Tab, Then choose a gear or protocol. Choose an item,Look to the right and see the item you are interested in Has three numbers stacked on top of each other. 1 /2 /3 The 1 is highlighted Blue, the 2 is yellow and the 3 is grayed out. You can purchase either of the highlighted one. Therefore you do have access to the Pet Gear/protocols at level 2.

    Term2050:

    As previously mentioned by Ddraig, all issues do get passed on for further investigation. Unfortunately we do not have a estimated time frame as to when these items will be processed or even resolved.

    Please know that we are doing our best to offer you the most up to date information. However in some cases our hands are tied as we just do not have the information we know you desire.
